This beautiful Zuni signet ring is made with an inlay of black-jet, mother-of-pearl, coral and Sleeping Beauty turquoise (Arizona), on sterling silver.

Inlay is a meticulous process emblematic of the Zuni's silversmiths: stones are cut and assembled by hand to create a pattern (geometric or realistic). The whole is then polished to a smooth and elegant finish. It's a high-end process, and the result is of unparalleled finesse.

The design on this ring is emblematic of the artist's style, reminiscent of the shapes usually found on Native weaving.

The artist has also adorned the ring with a petroglyph on one side and a second inlay on the other, creating a beautifully detailed ring.
