This beautiful turtle pendant was created from a Zuni fetish animal: this small turtle, initially carved in stone by the hands of a Zuni artist, served as a matrix to create a mold into which melted silver was poured. Once harden, it gave birth to this beautiful pendant, on which you can see every little engraving detail made by the artist. Admire the patterns on the shell and the tiny lines on the legs, it's a real little sculpture to wear around your neck.

The turtle symbolizes protection, longevity, love and knowledge (it is the mother of the earth).
