One of a Kind piece - Navajo ring

Navajo ring made of a superb Kingman turquoise (Arizona) set in sterling silver.
 

This ring is representative of Navajo jewelry: the turquoise is surrounded by a thin cord, reminiscent of a lasso. For Navajo jewelers, the stone must be tamed like a wild animal. 

Small Natives patterns are stamped on each side of the shank and frame the turquoise to highlight its beauty.
