One of a kind piece - Zuni ring   

Zuni ring composed of five rows of White Water turquoise (Mexico) inlaid on sterling silver.  

This ring is a fine example of delicate and elegant Native American jewelry: the inlay is composed of small hand-cut turquoise rectangles separated by thin silver bars. The ring's setting is composed of six silver branches joined together, creating a beautiful openwork design that allows the skin to show through.

Inlay is a Zuni jewelry process, but here it is masterfully executed by a Navajo silversmith. This ring is a fine example of “channel inlay”, in which the stones are compartmentalized by thin silver bars.
