Zuni ring with a beautiful Sleeping Beauty turquoise (Arizona) hand-carved in a leaf's shape and a coral also hand-carved.
 

This designer ring is representative of the Applique handcraft, a well-known process in Native silversmithing. The traditional Applique technique includes natural shapes (such as leaves, feathers, and flowers) cut from silver sheets and then soldered onto an underlying piece.
