One of a Kind piece

Beautiful adjustable Navajo ring made of a Kingman turquoise (Arizona) set in mat sterling silver.


Admire the lovely contrasts of this Kingman turquoise. Its brown matrix stand out against a pretty pastel blue background. The artist has cut it into a nice and clean round shape and mounted it in a smooth setting framed by small spheres and two silver cords. These elements are typical of Navajo jewelry. The rope echoes the lasso and the desire to tame the stone as one would tame a wild animal. 

The ring is slightly adjustable. It is hand-stamped with several Natives motifs, which are the artist's own creations. They are oxidized to create a beautiful contrast, which brings out the colors of the Kingman turquoise all the more.
