One of a Kind piece

Stunning pendant made of a beautiful Pilot Mountain turquoise (Nevada) set in sterling silver.

This remarkable pendant is the work of Bennie Ration, a highly talented Navajo silversmith. Known for creating exceptional pieces, he carefully selects stunning turquoise stones and pairs them with sterling silver pieces that he works in three dimensions, most often depicting figures from Native mythology. 

Here, the beautiful Nevada turquoise is set in an intricate cut and engraved setting, and topped by a sterling silver Sunface. The two pieces are held together by a small silver ring.

Sunface is the sacred Sun Father, a symbol of life often depicted in Native jewelry.
