Navajo Earrings

Small Navajo earrings in sterling silver, set with two beautiful Sleeping Beauty turquoises (Arizona) cut in the shape of leaves.

This designer ring is representative of the Applique handcraft, a well-known process in Navajo silversmithing. The traditional Applique technique includes natural shapes (such as leaves, feathers, and flowers) cut from silver sheets and then soldered onto an underlying piece.
