Navajo bracelet with a beautiful rectangular-shaped Kingman turquoise (Arizona) set in sterling silver.

This bracelet is representative of the traditional Navajo silversmithing: The turquoise is surrounded by a twist wire, reminding a lasso and the need to tame the stone like a wild animal. Native patterns are stamped to adorn the shank and various shapes (chiseled and smooth spheres as well as drops) are soldered, framing the turquoise and enhancing its beauty.
