One of a Kind piece
Navajo ring made of a Kingman turquoise (Arizona) set in mat sterling silver.
This ring is emblematic of Navajo jewelry:
The turquoise is surrounded by a thin silver cord reminding the lasso and the fact that in the Native culture it is considered that the stone must be tamed like a wild animal. The shank is stamped with small oxidized native patterns that frame the turquoise and enhance its beauty. One can recognize the arrow heads, symbol of protection.
Dimensions of the turquoise (L x W): 1,5cm x 1,1cm
(0.5/8 inch x 0.3/8 inch)
This ring is in sterling silver.
Proudly handmade in the USA.
