- The Originals
One of a Kind piece
Stunning Navajo pendant made by the renowned artist Ray Tracey. (circa 1990's)
His style and inlay work are outstanding: the lines of the jewelry he creates are precise and elegant, giving birth to exceptional pieces that are strong and that do not leave anyone indifferent.
This Navajo artist has won many awards and prizes, his jewelry is made for people who dare!
This bear is made of sterling silver, it is a hollow piece, which offers a beautiful volume but a comfortable weight. The arrow that goes from its mouth and through its profile represents its breath of life, allowing it to master and dominate its predators. This inlay is a beautiful combination of genuine turquoise with black matrices and lapis lazuli.
The bear's legs are chiseled with four fine patterns reminiscent of the mountains. the number 4 is very important in the Native culture, it echoes the four seasons, the four directions, the four stages of life...
In short, this pendant is a masterpiece!
