Beautiful Pendleton blanket (also called "honoring robe").
This particular model is called Harding: in 1923 the President of the United States, Warren G. Harding and his wife Florence visited Oregon to inaugurate a portion of the Old Oregon Trail. During the ceremony two Native American chiefs, Cap Sumkins of the Cayuse Tribe and Poker Jim of the Umatilla Tribe, presented the First Lady with a brand new blanket that their tribes had designed for her. This honoring robe represented Mrs. Harding's sincere and direct nature. In 1926, the blanket was officially named "the Harding Robe". Today it remains one of Pendleton's most coveted Native American-inspired designs.
Pendleton blankets are reversible, so in this case one side is predominantly black and the other is beige and ochre.
