One of a Kind Piece

Navajo bracelet with an oval-shaped Sonoran Gold turquoise (Arizona) cabochon set in sterling silver.

This bracelet is representative of the traditional Navajo silversmithing: The turquoise is surrounded by a twist wire, reminding a lasso and the need to tame the stone like a wild animal. Native patterns are hand-stamped on the setting and there's a couple of arrows in relief (symbol of protection). We can also see pieces in relief and smooth and carved spheres framing the turquoise and enhancing its beauty.
