Navajo bracelet with a beautiful Turquoise Mountain turquoise (Arizona) set in sterling silver.

This bracelet is representative of a traditional Navajo jewelry work:
The turquoise is surrounded by a silver wire, recalling the lasso and the fact that in Native culture the stone must be tamed like a wild animal. The setting is made of oxidized silver and several pieces of stamped and carved silver are soldered on it, framing the turquoise and revealing its beauty even more.
